Hello Friends, and Good Morning.

Jim Nantz and John Daly joining you from the windswept first tee at Augusta. Grounds crews have been toiling through the night to restore the course to playable conditions following yesterday's pummeling by gales that could make Sir Ernest Shackleton quiver in his breaches.

John, you're out on the range. What's the facility's status and the competitors' mental states there?

Jimmy, it was a wild one yesterday, but these fellas have done a helluva job getting this place ready for day three. I tell ya, the wind yesterday was blowin' harder than ol' Third Leg Greg Norman blowin' smoke up Talor Gooch's ass.

I hung around out here most of the night handin' out cigs and cold beers to the crew, and I can tell you their morale is higher than Koepka's opinion of himself.

Well, that's great to hear, JD. Keep us abreast of the situation as we approach the start of Round 3.

You bet, Jimbo. Speakin' of breasts. I'd be remiss if I didn't give a plug to the sponsors of today's coverage - Hooters of Augusta. I'll be heading over there later today to host another meet n' greet and enjoy the best wings on that particular block of Washington Road. Come on out and meet the ladies and yours truly!

Oh, goodness. Thank you, John. You pace yourself over there, sir.

That brings us to day three of the tournament, famously referred to as Moving Day at the Masters.

With the completion of the first two days of competition, the field has tightened to 60 players with 29 watching from the gallery today. In addition to those left in the dust, we must share the sad news that we also lost three contenders in the pool yesterday.

Tripp Edwards, Chris Graff #1, and Chris Wells #2 failed to carry six golfers into Saturday, meaning these entries will be watching from the clubhouse. Both Graff and Wells have another card in play, but, for Edwards, the Road to the Masters ends here.

If you suffered hail damage or fallen trees in the storms over the past few days, give Tripp Edwards and his team at Edwards Insurance Agency a call. They offer a full range of customized service products for your personal and commercial insurance needs in North and South Carolina. I can now guarantee you that Tripp has no plans today and could use the business.

Wells is hanging on by a thread with his first entry currently sitting 19 strokes off the lead. He'll be hoping for some significant change on this Moving Day, as his insurance business is likely taking one on the chin this week as well.

Graff is fairing a little better with his backup entry sitting 5-under. Though an avid Yankees fan, Chris bet heavy on the Indians. He needs strong weekend performances from Bhatia and Theegala to pull his scorecard into contention.

The rest of the pool field is still in tight competition. Justin Wright holds onto the lead with a handful of golfers within 5 strokes, including rookie women's amateur, Kalla Longmire, and the second smartest member of the Ulmer clan, Hayley Painter.

We'll be continuing our coverage as Round 3 unfolds here in Augusta. Stay tuned, and follow the action right here on LiveFromDisgusta.com!
